What we store

Invoice Maven lets an accounting firm connect its own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's signup flow. When a firm connects, we store only what we need to send and receive WhatsApp messages on the firm's behalf:

  • the access permission Meta issues for that WhatsApp Business Account;
  • the identifiers of the WhatsApp Business Account and its phone number, the display number and the account name.

We do not receive or store the Facebook profile, friends list or email address of the person who connected the account.

How to request deletion

Email support@invoice-maven.co.il from the email address registered on the firm's Invoice Maven account, with the subject "WhatsApp data deletion". Within 30 days we delete the stored connection details, the WhatsApp Business Account is disconnected from Invoice Maven, and we confirm by email.

You can also remove Invoice Maven's access to your WhatsApp Business Account at any time from your Facebook or Meta Business settings.

Messages

Messages in the firm's WhatsApp inbox are part of the firm's account records in Invoice Maven and are handled under our Privacy Policy.

מה אנחנו שומרים

מייבן מאפשרת למשרד הנהלת חשבונות לחבר את חשבון ה-WhatsApp Business שלו דרך תהליך ההרשמה של Meta. כשמשרד מתחבר, אנחנו שומרים רק את מה שנדרש כדי לשלוח ולקבל הודעות WhatsApp בשם המשרד:

  • ההרשאה ש-Meta מנפיקה עבור חשבון ה-WhatsApp Business;
  • המזהים של חשבון ה-WhatsApp Business ושל מספר הטלפון שלו, המספר המוצג ושם החשבון.

איננו מקבלים ואיננו שומרים את פרופיל הפייסבוק, רשימת החברים או כתובת הדוא״ל של מי שחיבר את החשבון.

איך מבקשים מחיקה

יש לשלוח דוא״ל אל support@invoice-maven.co.il מכתובת הדוא״ל הרשומה בחשבון המשרד במייבן, בנושא "מחיקת נתוני WhatsApp". בתוך 30 יום נמחק את פרטי החיבור השמורים, חשבון ה-WhatsApp Business ינותק ממייבן, ונאשר זאת בדוא״ל.

אפשר גם להסיר בכל עת את הגישה של מייבן לחשבון ה-WhatsApp Business מתוך הגדרות הפייסבוק או Meta Business.

הודעות

ההודעות בתיבת ה-WhatsApp של המשרד הן חלק מרשומות החשבון של המשרד במייבן, והטיפול בהן הוא לפי מדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.
